Each individual may maintain only one registered account with ful39. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or pending bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ful39 will never request your password through unsolicited communication. You must notify ful39 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ful39 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials.
You must keep all account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination. ful39 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.
All Players must complete KYC identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. ful39 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including prior to the first deposit if account activity or transaction patterns trigger a verification review.
Acceptable KYC documentation includes government-issued identification such as KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), passport, or driver's license. Players may also be required to submit proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing the account holder's name).
KYC documents are typically reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours of submission. During periods of high volume, processing may extend up to 72 hours. Players will be notified via email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
ful39 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and e-wallet transfer (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are clearly displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. ful39 reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership before crediting deposits to your account.
Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited within 5-15 minutes during standard banking hours (09:00 – 21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may be processed on the following business day. ful39 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
ful39 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before the associated funds may be withdrawn. This requirement applies to the deposited amount, not to winnings derived from that deposit.
Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager, but withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. The withdrawal destination must match the name verified through KYC documentation.

Withdrawal requests will automatically forfeit any active bonus balance and its associated wagering progress unless the bonus wagering requirement has already been completed. This forfeiture applies only to bonus funds, not to real-money cash balances.
All bonuses offered by ful39 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. These include wagering requirements (the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn), eligible games (the games on which the bonus may be used), maximum bet limits (the largest single bet allowed while wagering a bonus), and expiration periods (the time within which wagering requirements must be completed).
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, table games such as Blackjack and Roulette may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are published in each bonus's specific terms.
ful39 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as covering opposite outcomes in Roulette), or wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to meet rollover requirements. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
ful39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed prior to the change.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ful39. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), suspected fraud, or violation of betting limits. Voided bets will result in stakes being returned to the Player's account.
Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by the respective governing body or league. In cases where an official result is not available or a match is abandoned, ful39 settlement rules (as published in the sportsbook rules section) will apply. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies.
Live (in-play) betting is subject to inherent delays in data transmission. ful39 reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event has occurred if the bet was accepted during a period when updated odds should have been reflected but were not due to transmission delay.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. ful39 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

ful39 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ful39 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, ful39's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ful39 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL 256-bit encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and ful39 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted through the Platform.
ful39 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ful39 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform, or any transactions conducted through the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
